Remote Safety Monitoring for Mine Main Fan

Taking the safety monitoring of main fan as a core research, the measured flow field is analyzed with the flow field, vibration, temperature and other signal; the fault diagnosis of fan is completed while fan energy optimization is also completed. Combining with Markov model, multi-parameter measurement program is used to achieve the real-time fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance for fan running state. The effective implementation of this program ensures the safe operation of mine fans at the maximum extent.
