    Experimental Study on Influence of Coal Rock Bedding Effect on Methane Adsorption and Desorption

    • Through making bedding specimens by laboratory experiments, the influence of coal rock specimens bedding angle on methane adsorption and desorption process was studied. Indoor experiment was carried out by special instrument, and we study the influence laws of bedding angle on coal and rock specimens in the process of methane adsorption and desorption, and obtained the conclusions that in the process of adsorption and desorption, the length and contact area of bedding contact area increase with the increase of specimen bedding angle, thus the speed and quantity of adsorption and desorption increase; adsorption gas quantity of coal and rock specimens has a great influence on the volume change; the bigger the adsorption quantity, the greater the volume strain.
