Establishment of Control Measures Database and Application System Development for Worker’s Unsafe Behavior

By using system safety analysis to analyze unsafe behavior and its factors, we formulate measures to control worker’s unsafe behavior from four aspects: individual, group, organization management and environment. And SQL Server 2008 is selected as tool to establish the control measures database of worker’s unsafe behavior. For the main purpose of staff education and training, the information system which includes data management, safety measures query, education and training, suggestion and feedback, and other functions according to knowledge-attitude-practice model. The system can be used to carry out staff education and training and unsafe behavior control management in the enterprise internal online, to increase the worker's safety knowledge, to reduce or control people’s unsafe behavior effectively.
