    Formation Mechanism of Stress Field Under Residual Coal Pillar in Close Coal Seams

    • The stability that the roadway is perpendicular to the upper residual pillar in lower coal seam is affected by the upper residual pillar in close distance coal seams. Dynamic disasters such as failure of support body, rib caving, roof caving and even rock burst will occur. Taking Xinrui Mine as the background, with the numerical simulation method, we analyzed the distribution and transfer laws of floor stress under gob and coal pillar, obtained stress distribution of horizontal section in different depth of floor strata, and then revealed the stress environment of floor roadway.
