Design Analysis of Explosion Proof Test Device

Combined with the requirements of GB3836.2-2010 on flameproof test, the design calculation of explosion-proof test tank is studied from the use of force, structure type, bearing capacity, wall thickness calculation, sealing structure; from the perspective of safety, the risk factors that may exist in the design of test device for gas distribution system are analyzed and the opinions and suggestions are proposed; the control of testing device, explosion pressure tests are described and analyzed.
