  • In order to ensure the reliability of pressure monitoring in fire extinguishing pipeline by grouting, the pressure monitoring in the long grouting pipeline is taken as the research object and the working principle and main function of real-time monitoring system are expounded in detail. Using the advanced means of intelligent software and hardware, a set of grouting pressure remote real-time monitoring system combined with programmable logic controller and Kingview software is designed. Finally, grouting pressure real-time monitoring and control system is applied into Yangquan Mining Area with serious spontaneous combustion, and comparative analysis of monitoring values acquired by the monitoring and control system and artificial measured values in underground site. The results showed that the scopes of monitoring pressure acquired by the two means are basically identical and the error range is within 5%.
