Study on Property of A New Composite Slurry Material

Considering the shortcomings of the traditional spraying plugging material in the coal mine,a new composite slurry material containing clay,cement,fiber glass and some additives was developed.Through the theoretical and experiment analysis,the new composite slurry material,with good compressive and flexural strength,can withstand a certain degree of stress caused by roadway deformation.It has good oxidation resistance property to prevent the spray material off caused by weathering and other factors.With strong impermeability,the new material can achieve the requirements of plugging wind.Through the experiments of the new composite slurry material in Baijigou coal mine,the air leakage in roadway reduced by 83%.
