  • Aiming at the problems that traditional index weighting method has strong subjective random and poor accuracy of evaluation value in coal mine emergency management capability assessment, a method for determining index weights of coal mine emergency management capacity is proposed. The method makes fuzzy evaluation interval from experts, which are statistical distribution mean, right and left with the end value of confidence interval, as possible value, lower limit value, upper limit value. Then it is applied to the calculating weights of coal mine emergency management capability.
