    Comprehensive Control of Roadway in Broken Roof Strata Based on Depth Hole and Shallow Hole Grouting Technology

    • According to the situation of large roof to floor convergence and serious rib spalling of return air roadway influenced by mining and its adjacent goaf in the third coal mine working face in Datong Coal Mine Group. On the base of analyzing the mechanism and its influencing factors of mine pressure behavior, combined with the theory analysis and field measurement, we control the roof and pillar by the method of depth hole combined with shallow hole grouting. FLAC3D was adopted to simulate the changes of the displacement of roadway during mining and after grouting. The results show that after grouting reinforcement, the total deformation of roadway was decreased, the roof subsidence is less than 400 mm, the amount of two-side convergence is less than 300 mm, and the roadway deformation meets the mining requirements.
