Design of Hydraulic Pump Station for Tunnel Directional Drilling Rig in Coal Mine

According to the working environment and requirement for directional drilling rig, we design principle for drilling rig pump station, two kinds of structures for common-used side type and underlying type were analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the above two kinds were compared. The designing process of pump station was expounded, it is validated that the pump station has good reliability and long using cycle, and maintenance cost is reduced greatly.
