Identify the Hazard of Blasting Flying Stones in Open-pit Mine Based on Fault Tree Analysis

Based on the features of mining-stripping technology in Antaibao open-pit mine,building safety risk pre-control management system,the whole mining area hazards were identified.The fault tree analysis method in safety systems engineering is applied to entirely analyze the effect factors in open-pit mine blasting fly stone accident,and the fault tree of blasting fly stone is set up.Then,the comprehensive analysis based on this foundation is made to get structure importance of fault tree,and the main factors affected blast flying stone accident are identified.Combined with the theory of safety risk pre-control management,compiled the risk handbook,management standards and management measures are proposed.
