  • Safety is not only an important factor to ensure the normal production of the coal enterprise,but also an important guarantee for the safety of miners' life,and it is an important guarantee for high-speed sustainable development of China's energy industry.Most of the safety issues in the final analysis are a human problem,management is the best solution to solve the people issues.This paper uses causal analysis chart to analyze the limiting factors of coal mine safety production,and introduces the concept of safety management.Then,the game among the coal enterprises,local governments and safety supervision departments is analyzed based on the game theory;the factors that lead to production safety issues in the management environment are further analyzed,and the corresponding coping strategies are proposed too.
