Study on Design of F₁₃ Fault Waterproof Coal Pillar in Wugou Coal Mine

In order to prevent Wugou Coal Mine F₁₃ fault in the working face of coal mine water inrush, using the numerical simulation, physical simulation and theoretical calculation methods, the reasonable width of waterproof coal pillar of F₁₃ fault is 40 m, and the corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed. Practice shows that the waterproof coal pillar width is 40 m, which can effectively prevent the water inrush from coal, and ensure the safety. Through recovering the amount of waterproof coal pillar of one hundred thousand tons, and we achieve good economic benefits.
