Application of Risk Pre-control Management Mode in Mine Equipment Management Maintenance

Through analyzing the successful experience of safety management of Shengli Energy Company Equipment Maintenance Center, The paper built the basic safety for "one strengthening two deepening three tightening four tamping" risk pre-control management mode through strengthening supervision and assessment, deepening safety training and promoting safety by science and technology, tightening safety supervision, hidden danger identification and "three violations" management, reinforcing the team, contractors, emergency, safety culture construction and so on.
