  • In order to study the effect of coal wettability on the coalbed methane development in Jiaoping Mining Area, through wetting contact angle experiment of coal, coal wettability is determined. Through surface tension experiment, drainage agent is chosen. The results show that the contact angle of coal in the Jiaoping Area is less than 90°; wettability type is adhesional wetting, so drainage agent is considered to improve the effect coalbed methane production; the effect of D-60 in four different drainage agents is the most ideal.
