    Key Technology for Controlling Fire Zone of 1192 Closed Mining Face in Tunbao Mine

    • Aiming at the spontaneous combustion accident of 1192 sealed fully mechanized top-caving mining face in Tunbao Coal Mine, and according to the characteristics and laws of the mining face, a series of technologies were developed, which included backfilling the surface subsidence to plug leakage, rapidly constructing boreholes, injecting efficient tow-phase inhibition foam to rapidly cool and inert the fire area and prevent recrudescence. The application of the technology achieved rapid and effective governance of the sealed fire area and ensured the safety unsealing of the working face and safety retracement of the remaining brackets.
