    Assessment Model for Coal Mine Safety Risk Pre-control Management System Based on Fuzzy DEA

    • Establishment of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system assessment model is the need of mine safety management. A three-layer structure evaluation model is established for the assessment of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system, by selecting evaluation index system from the perspective of the element of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system and need of safety management and using the method that combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data envelopment analysis (DEA) for data processing. A case shows that this model can achieve the quantitative research of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system assessment. The assessment result is effective and objective.
