    Ribs Surrounding Rock Deformation Mechanism and Support Technology in Deep Loose and Broken Coal Roadway

    • According to the support problem of a coal mine in Huaibei Mining Group -720 m east wing rail haulage roadway, we analyze the causes of loose and broken surrounding rock roadway and water erosion of rock softening environmental conditions, and propose a "short bolt + double-deck reinforced shotcrete layer + composite grouting + coal wall reinforcing anchor" strong support scheme for coal wall, describe the mechanics principles of using double-deck reinforced shotcrete layer to firmly support coal wall of shallow surrounding rock and elaborate the intercalation of high prestress flat anchor. Choosing test section roadway and general supporting scheme to detect effect, we analyze good supporting results for strong coal wall by data. Support programs in the engineering field application change the status of support and prevent rib spalling phenomenon, and effectively control the displacement situation of two wall.
