Application of Side Dump Wheel Mine Car in Rise Construction of Coal Mine

The construction of inclined roadways is commonly used and indispensable in coal mine's advance and preparation of roadways, among which, the way of refuse discharge in the construction of steep rise underground is relatively single, and the normal way is to use an internal gear winch to haul back the mine car to discharge the refuse. In Suncun Coal Mine, during the construction of return-air rise in No.2 working area of lower group seam at -1 100 m level underground, through broking away from conventions, by using side dump wheel mine car to discharge the refuse on the working face, cooperated by horizontal gangue bin. For the gangue bin out side of working face, a scraping machine is used to haul the train for staging loading the refuse, with a five-ton locomotive powered by accumulators. In such a way, the speed of refuse discharge on working face has been increased greatly, and the worker's labor intensity has been lowered down, achieving good effect.
