    Drilling Construction Technology and Application of Pressure Relief and Outburst Prevention for High Ground Stress Coal Seam

    • Aiming at the coal mine rock burst disaster that our country faces,we proposed the large diameter pressure relief and outburst prevention drilling hole for the high ground stress coal seam.We analyzed the high pressure unloading and outburst mechanism of boreholes in the high ground stress coal seam.Compared with the existing coal seam drilling technology,we choose the air drilling technology which is applicable to the high ground stress coal seam,determine the air supply mode,provide the calculation method of air volume,air pressure and other parameters,develop high strength and large drift diameter wide wing drill rod with auxiliary deslagging function.In the high ground stress mine, experiment was conducted,we compared the deslagging effect of the pressure wind provided by underground piping system and mobile integrated discharging air compressor,and obtained air drilling technology with large drift diameter and wide wing screw drill rod that is suit for pressure relief and outburst prevention drilling hole in high stress coal seam.
