A Kind of Tunnel Drilling with Atomizing Generator

This paper introduces a tunnel drilling with atomizing generator, mainly adding water or surface active agent of water generated 50 microns of micro fog particles, by atomizing chamber components to the soft coal seam drilling hole bottom, so as to realize hole dust catcher, orifice dust removal, cooling drilling tool and the flameproof, applicable to the secondary wind pressure atomized drilling technology. This is a new kind of compact structure, simple operation, and easy to use atomization device in the coal mine drilling.
