Uniform Grouting Technology of Crushed Surrounding Rock of Deep Roadway

The degree of uniformity of rock grouting seriously affects the bolting supporting effect. Based on the defects of the existing technology of bolting technology and working experience in the field, the uniform grouting technology is studied. We propose theory of uniform grouting technology, and introduce two excitation gap pressure relief techniques of pressure relief groove and shock pressure relief, perfect uniform grouting system and conduct analysis of conditions and basis for the selection of the main parameters of grouting, form uniform grouting schemes under the different characteristics of surrounding rock. Through the project, practices certificated uniform grouting effect.
