Measurement of Quantified Indexes Importance for Emergency Capacity of Coal Mine Safety Accidents

    • In order to scientifically evaluate the importance of emergency capacity indexes of coal mine safety incidents, taking coal mine safety accidents emergency management as the research object, and taking emergency management ability as a service, and QFD is applied to the special" service" design. We construct a grey correlation matrix based on QFD, which is a conversion tool driven by customer's requirements. Then the importance of customer's requirements can be proportionally deployed into the supply indexes. A emergency capacity measurement model based on QFD is proposed from the point of the matching of supply and demand.
