Application of WPZ-55/50L Roadway Repair Machine in Controlling Floor of Hecaogou Coal Mine

Because of lacking special equipment, the roadway floor control of domestic coal mine mainly relies on manual completion, low level of the mechanization. WPZ-55/50L type multifunctional coal mine roadway repair machine is a special equipment for coal mine tunnel ripping combining cutting, digging, transportation, installation. This machine constitutes the working mechanism, the cab, transport device, scraper track body, hydraulic pump station, the attachment six parts. We introduce application of WPZ-55/50L type multifunctional coal mine roadway repair machine in Hecaogou Coal Mine, and summarize a set of method and process for mechanized floor control, which can provide reference and guidance for the similar coal mine floor control and repair.
