    Application of New Water Grouting Material for Water Control in Syncline Structure

    • In view of the roof water inrush in syncline structure of Yitian Mine,we analyze the water inrush reason of roadway through the method of transients electromagnetic and field observation,develop a new type early strength water plugging material and formulate the solution to control the water,which was carried out on the roof syncline structure water control. Results show that there is a water enrichment syncline structure in the mining area is the main cause of water bursting,the developed water plugging material has the characteristics of quick-setting early strength,the adjustable setting time is 2 to 5 min,the compressive strength of 2 h is 15 MPa, after mix of 2 min is not scattered when it mixes with water,according to the present water inrush of mine and the prevention and control of water situation and material performance.
