Application of New Water Grouting Material for Water Control in Syncline Structure

In view of the roof water inrush in syncline structure of Yitian Mine,we analyze the water inrush reason of roadway through the method of transients electromagnetic and field observation,develop a new type early strength water plugging material and formulate the solution to control the water,which was carried out on the roof syncline structure water control. Results show that there is a water enrichment syncline structure in the mining area is the main cause of water bursting,the developed water plugging material has the characteristics of quick-setting early strength,the adjustable setting time is 2 to 5 min,the compressive strength of 2 h is 15 MPa, after mix of 2 min is not scattered when it mixes with water,according to the present water inrush of mine and the prevention and control of water situation and material performance.
