Batch Analysis Method for Nondestructive Testing Signals of Bolt Anchoring Quality

    • In order to solve the problems of heavy workload of signal analysis because of the large number of signals collected on site during the signal processing of nondestructive testing of stress wave in bolt anchoring quality, we propose a method that, based on the batch processing function of Origin software, can automatically analyze signals in aggregate. We designed the analysis results output template having the function of adaptive data partitioning, which solved the problems of Origin software that the outputs of batch processing results of many group signals were written to the file continuously and were difficult to distinguish. With a real case, we exemplified the operation procedures of batch signal analysis. It turned out that this method is easy to use without programming. It was also found that with this method, and with the powerful data analysis function of Origin, a batch signal analysis template which is based on other signal analysis methods can be developed.
