    Intrinsically Safe Small Component Ignition Test Device Comforming to IEC Standard

    • Small component ignition test is the requirement of the new national standard GB3835-2010 content. By analyzing the development process of inspection equipment for internal and external intrinsically safe explosion-proof products, we describe the significance of establishing small component ignition test apparatus, and introduce basic components, the main technical requirements and operating principle of ignition test device for small components, and demonstrate the influence of surface area of the heat source in calibration circuit unit on minimum ignition temperature of methane and air explosive gas mixture. The device, verified by a large number of tests, has the ability of carring out ignition inspection check of all sorts of small components.
