    Mine-used Ultrasonic Air Velocity Sensor Based on Time Difference Method

    • In order to solve the measurement problem of mine-used air velocity sensor, we introduce ultrasonic measurement method based on time difference method. We introduce the basic principle of time difference method, design a sensor based on the 16-bit digital controller, and introduce the design principle, hardware circuit and software flow of the system. The experimental results show that the sensor has high measuring accuracy and measuring range and is worth further industrialization application.
