Training Content Analysis for Lochus Commanders of Mine Rescue Based on Capacity Requirements

In order to make training for lochus commanders of mine rescue more targeted and systematic, referencing the military operational requirements analysis method of " facing the threat, based on ability", we follow the logic thinking of "target-mission-ability" to analyze capacity requirements of lochus commander of mine rescue. Through the questionnaire to survey the results of capacity analysis, and then according to the results of the investigation, we increase training content, which provides reference for further modifying and improving the lochus commander training content of mine rescue.
