Influence of Different Weak Interlayer Positions on Roadway Stability

    • We simulate the influence of weak interlayer on deep roadway stability by FLAC software, mainly simulate and analyze the surrounding rock stability of mining roadway in which the roof distributes weak interlayer on the basis of strata distribution in Huaibei Renlou MineⅡ5110 machine lane. Focusing on three solutions, they are interlayer spacing in interior of bolt anchorage zone, edge of anchorage zone, and exterior of anchorage area. We summarize the impact of different weak interlayer anchoring positions on displacement and plastic zone and the stress of roadway surrounding rock. Results show that when the weak interlayer on the edge of the bolt anchorage zone, it has the biggest influence on the stability of the roadway.
