Safe and Fast Withdrawal Technology for Support at Huating Coal Mine 250104 Working Face

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor safety during the withdrawal at fully mechanized coal face, a dedicated support withdrawal equipment is introduced, and rack rail car and hydraulic lifting device is used for transport and the disintegration of the support. After application of this set of technology, we smoothly and safely retreat 121 supports to the ground in just 11 days, and complete the task in advance 12 days compared to the last face. The results show that the combination retracement of equipment and other ancillary devices are conducive to achieve fast, high-quality, safe and low moving target for working face.
