    Emergency Refuge and Escape Mode Based on Characteristics of Shendong Modernized Mine

    • We introduced the current situation and characteristics of emergency refuge system for modern coal mine in Shendong. Based on the principles of scientific and rational, adaptation to local conditions, safe and practical, the current emergency refuge system was improved, and the emergency refuge and escape model was proposed including transition station, longtime compressed oxygen self-rescuer, relay station and safety exit. According to the characteristics of long crossheading, the new refuge mode was used with relay station, the calculation basis was proposed about the service radius of safety exit.
