Analysis on Stability of Gob-side Entry Retaining Under Concrete Filled Wall Support

    • In order to reveal strata-pressure behavior laws of gob-side entry retaining under concrete filled wall support, and control rock deformation effectively, the retained roadway's stability is researched by numerical calculation based on geology and mining conditions of a mine. The results indicate that rock stress of gob-side entry retaining shows cyclical changes with advancing of coal workface;the pressure of surrounding rock is more intense in 20 m ranges of roadway after mining, which is the key support region. The deformation of surrounding rock becomes larger with advancing of coal workface, and the displacement of laneway's side is smaller, the sinkage of roof is bigger. It shows that concrete filled wall support is good for stability of laneway's side, but is not good for roadway roof.
