    Comparison Analysis on Gas Emission Model of Coal Particle

    • According to the mechanism of gas emission in coal particle, several common emission models were divided into three kinds, namely diffusion, permeation, and experiment type. Comparing emission models with experimental results, it showed that the new desorption formula in permeation models and experimental results had the highest fitting degree. Then the contrast curves of four kinds of coal samples between the new desorption formula and the experimental results under different initial gas pressure are plotted, it is found that they are consistent with each other in different conditions. Therefore, the new desorption type could describe the gas emission law in coal particle more accurately, which was helpful to guide the engineering practice. The further analysis indicated that the gas emission in coal particle accorded with Darcy law better.
