Application Practice of Post Standard Operation Procedure in Daliuta Coal Mine

In order to promote the application of post standard operation procedures in Daliuta Coal Mine, the management mode of "PDCA" cycling has been adopted. In the promotion process, a rich variety of process training means have been used and the standard operation procedures can be learned both on the ground and under the coalmine. The standard operation procedure platforms are made in fully mechanized working face and tunneling face, which has promoted the implementation of the standard operation procedures. The evaluation results are brought into the performance evaluation of five enterprises, and it is favorable to guarantee implementation of standard operation procedures. Good results have been achieved and the standard operation procedures implements steadily.
