We comprehensively analyze the cause of underground transportation accident in Xuzhou Coal Mining Group, and propose effective preventive measures from production operation, equipment investment, personnel training, safety management and other aspects. Implementation effect of special treatment shows that the adoped measures can control the accidents with obvious safety effect.
