Explosion Suppression Device of Low Gas Concentration Transmission Pipeline

For the flammable, explosive and other issues in low gas concentration pipeline, we developed a set of active explosion suppression device and detailed the composing principle of the device, from the gas explosion propagation, we upgraded the explosion suppression, controllers, flame sensor response time and anti-jamming capability from hardware and software. Several experiments show that the explosion suppression system is fast response, good extinguishing effect, stable and reliable.
