    Deformation Characteristics and Support Technology of Deep Swelling Soft Rock Roadway

    • In the view of the support problems of swelling soft rock roadway, taking 3-level east lane's tunneling engineering of Linnancang Coal Mine as the background, we systematically analyzed and summarized this kind of roadways' deformation and failure characteristics, and put forward grouting-bolting-bracket-spouting coupling support that used high-capacity U-shaped stell with shotcrete to seal surrounding rock and make the U-shaped stell stressed equally, which increased the bearing capacity of surrounding rock and control roadway deformation. FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to research the plastic zone distribution under different support ways. The simulated results indicate that the deformation and fracture of swelling soft rock roadways can get better control by this support method.
