Abstract
The improved Shepard interpolation method was used based on nodes infrared temperature measurement, and the computer software was adopted to calculate and analyze the surface temperature, then the distribution of land surface high-temperature area was obtained. The spontaneous combustion representative gas concentration was considered as the index to explore the land surface high concentration convergence area with the aid of multi-parameter gas detector. Finally the exploration drilling was arranged with the way of "thick after sparse" to lock the internal fire area of gangue dump. Thus a set of improved spontaneous combustion area iudgment technology of gangue dump was developed and applied in Yuquan Coal Mine of Shanxi province.
