    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Control Technology in Special Condition of High Gas Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 401101 working face was the first mining face of Hujiahe Coal Mine with the tendency of coal seam spontaneous combustion. In order to prevent the fire disaster happen during mining, the minimum advancing speed 3.75 m/d was calculated in the foundation of actual measurement on the goaf "three zones" in working face. The comprehensive methods of fire prevention and control technology were used, including the main yellow mud grouting and other means, such as nitrogen injection, three-phase foam injection, mist resistance, the combination of beam pipe monitoring and manual observation. Furthermore, the corresponding measures of three-phase foam injection and grouting in high pumping roadway, gel injection in two lanes, were taken aimed to the control of spontaneous combustion at the beginning, mining period and near the stopping line. The fire disaster was restrained, which ensured the safe mining in working face.
