Influence of Power Supply System Failure on Motor of Scraper Conveyor

Through analyzing six instances in a coal mine production practice in which SGW620/40T, SGD420/22, SGB620/55 three models of scraper conveyor motor are burned out, we explain the impact of relative factors about the power distribution including the quality of power supply voltage, the configuration of distribution line, and the distribution control devices on scraper conveyor motor in operation, and present the technical measures to prevent the scraper conveyor motor burned out, which provids service experience to maintain scraper conveyor motor in field.
