  • This paper studies online monitoring technology of mining machinery equipment vibration based on the ZigBee protocol.Analyzing the special issue of the WSN in the mining equipment monitoring,giving the distributed network structure be consistent with its characteristics,and finally the use of MEMS sensors ADXL335 for industrial vibration monitoring and CC2430 to form WSN nodes,and use these nodes to testing the hybrid network model of electrical equipment in coal preparation plant.The results show that the WSN-based mining machinery vibration monitoring can achieve the combination of size,performance,cost and reliability,which allow for a wide range of industrial applications to achieve real-time online monitoring of equipment.
