    Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology of Tail Ventilation Roadway at Fully-mechanized Caving Face

    • For the features of high gas, large thickness of coal seam, fully mechanized top coal caving in Yuwu Mining Company, to solve the problem of gas overrun in upper corner, we apply gob-side entry retaining technology at N1102 working face of tail ventilation roadway with high-water rapid hardening material roadside filling body. We calculate the required strength of filling body through the mechanics model, and determine the reasonable design scheme for gob-side entry retaining. Field application achieved good effect.
