Safety Distance Design for Coal Handling Roadway and Its Stability

    • In order to grasp the failure and instability reason of coal handling roadway under complex factors, we adopted A.H.wilson method and FLAC3D finite difference software to analyze the influence of gob and excavated soil in unloading slope on the stability of coal handling roadway. The results showed that gob has less impact on coal handling roadway, but the goaf coincided with the plastic zone slope soil after unloading the slope. Under the coupling of gob and soil unloading, the plastic zone expanded to the left side of roadway. The left side of the roadway should be focused to ensure mine safety production when roadway was constructed.
