Abstract
The average inclined angle of 7126 working face in Sanhejian Coal Mine is about 36°, thus the sliping phenomenon of the fully mechanized equipments was very seriously, and it had a strong impact on the safety and the production at the face. This study made adjusted oblique design for 7126 working face, and obtained that when the oblique distance was about 28 to 30 m, it could guarantee the equipments not to slip. In allusion to the condition of the face's broken floor, it adopted the grouting strengthening technique in advanced of the working face floor to prevent the decline in the destruction of floor strata. In the mean while, anti-down and non-slip modification for the fully-mechanized hydraulic support, the shearer, the scraper conveyor was done. Through the practical application, the technical measures guarantee the stability of "three-machine" equipments at large inclined angle working face, and achieve the safety and hight efficient mining.
