The article designed a kind of isolation barriers of thermal resistance applied in coal mine. Under the premise of considering explosion proof performance of isolated barrier, it had been designed reasonably the power conversion circuit, thermal resistance measurement circuit, the signal modulation and demodulation circuit, transformer isolation circuit and the protection circuit of isolated barrier，and optimized the structure of the system.
