Movable Type Long Distance Grouting System in Tangkou Mine

To improve the grouting effect, we researched the selection type of the underground movable pulping device, control system, conveying equipment, pipe selection, and the long distance grouting procedure. The complete equipment was tested at coal mining face to prevention spontaneous combustion. The experimental results show that the system can add slurry concentration automatically, and the ,slurry concentration is stability. The movable long distance grouting system with simple operation and convenient maintenance improves the ability of preventing the mine spontaneous combustion at coal mining face.
