Application of Monorail Transport System in Datun Mining Area

In order to quickly and safely transport people at long distance excavation crossheading in Datun Mining Area, combined with actual situation, the article proposed four different traction mode monorail transport systems including the non-polarity rope traction, the winch traction, the battery electric traction and the diesel locomotive traction, analyzed the composition of their structure, working principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions. Finally, the "the non-polarity rope traction monorail system" was adopted. It will offer more important practical value for design and transform of subsidiary transportation of the coal mine.
