Application of FMEA in Risk Control of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Based on Fuzzy Theory

    • FMEA is a method that divide the system into subsystems or split into original, and identify the possible fault and fault type, then analyze the harm of various fault types on the staff and the impact on the whole system to take measures to solve them. By FMEA analysis methods, from the perspective of material insecurity, the article analyzed belt conveyor systematically. By using fuzzy set theory and gray relational FMEA evaluation improved method, based on calculated grey correlation, the article gave a sequence, and formed different levels hidden danger investigation from the result of FMEA analysis and evaluation and the system of hidden danger investigation in coal mine. Based on the current mine management and control measures, propose other measures were proposed.
