The Problems of Team Training in the State-owned Coal Enterprises Development and Its Solutions

The quality and technical ability of staff has become the survival and development cornerstone of the state-owned coal enterprises.As a important form of enhancing staff's capacity and quality,team training becomes an important part in the coal company training.However, there are some problem in the team training because of low quality,great contradictory between working and study, weak conscious of learning,and so on. This article sums up problems of team training into four parts,the problem of training stander,the problem of training substance,the problem of training form and the problem of trainers,then, it puts up the corresponding solutions.
